Facing the owners’house, this maisonnette
consists of a suite about 40 m2 wide called “the Pavillon”
opening on a nice private terrace and a shaded garden. This
suite has a double bedded room (160 cm) , a drawing room with a sofa
bed, refrigerator, bathroom with toilet. It has its own flowered
private terrace.
The Atelier
Adjacent to the house, but totally independent,
a room (36m2) with two single beds, private patio, is equipped as well
with refrigerator, air-conditioner, shower and separate toilet.
